Goods are guaranteed for defective workmanship and materials for up to one year, but not for misuse. If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy, please contact us and we will arrange a refund or product exchange.

UK deliveries are made by Royal Mail Small Packet Post and Overseas deliveries by courier or Royal Mail. To find out more about these services please go to our Delivery page. The stated times for delivery are only once your items leave our factory.
For items that are bespoke, low or out of stock please allow up to 28 days for delivery.

Returns & Exchanges
Exchanges and Refunds UK Customers: Unused garments can be returned in new condition within 7 days for an exchange or a refund (excluding postage).
Used garments for alteration or repair MUST be cleaned and dry before return or will incur a £20 cleaning/drying charge. Please send your returns and exchanges with a brief note which should contain your contact details along with the tear-off return slip found at the bottom of your invoice.
Exchanges and Refunds Overseas Customers: Please note that packages from overseas should be clearly marked "Goods for Exchange" or "Goods for Repair" or "Goods for Refund" (select appropriate) and marked as having ZERO VALUE, for Customs duty purposes.
Courier items incur handling, duty clearance and VAT charges. We cannot sign for or accept return/repair/exchange packages sent by courier unless this form of delivery has been agreed by us.

The great outdoors can take it’s toll on clothing. With normal wear, your Reed® garments should give you some serviceable use. For small rips and tears, we can often do repair work to extend the life of your kit. We can sometimes help even on larger repairs.
The charge for inspection is £25 and the carriage charge to return your item to you is £8.50 for UK or £15.00 for overseas. These are additional to any charges we may make for repairing the item.
