I have been using Reed kit for over 20yrs. This was a replacement for my previous cag that has lasted a longtime. It makes for a comfy sea touring cag that puts up with alot of abuse in the sun and salt. Chris and the team are a pleasure to deal with. I also love their thermals, poggies and storm jacket.
I’ve used Reed Chill Cheater kayaking equipment for many years now because it’s comfortable to wear and very efficient. I’m quite small and my kayak is large and I find this spray deck is ideal for me to reach a long way and fit successfully.
Speedy service as usual and spraydeck fits my Rockpool Isel perfectly. Needed one to keep me dry which this does. Very comfortable around the waist. Highly recommended!

I pitched up at short notice. Chris was fantastically welcoming and we spent twenty minutes or so looking at paddles. I knew what I was looking for and as usual he delivered. I couldn’t be happier.
This is the second Reed deck I've bought. The fabric is great as it dries really fast and doesn't soak up water like neoprene.
I also really like the fact that these guys have a number of different templates to fit specific boats rather than ordering a deck by size and hoping it fits.
Brilliant fast turnaround too on manufacture and delivery.
After replacing the proprietary hatches on my Valley kayak, at considerable expense, twice in six years, I decided to give Reed's aquatherm covers a try. If they turn out to be rubbish, I thought, at least I haven't spent a fortune on them. As it turns out, the're not rubbish, they keep the Atlantic out of your hatches, and when the kayak's on the car roof and you're doing 70 down the A9, they don't blow off and disappear into the verge. So they get my vote.
Customer service was great. I ordered a jacket that was too large and ended up returning it and getting a smaller one. This jacket is wonderful!
Been using Chillcheater Aquatherm Spray Decks for the past 6 years exclusively. ALL other Spray Deck's pale in comparison. Built like a tank, takes a beating and still performs in all weather conditions, from Winter below 0 C (32 F) to sultry Summer heat. Made to measure is key.
If you're going to use year round, add a CM or 2 for bulk underneath - cag, thermals, drysuit.

I love my transpire shorts. They are lightweight, wicking and dry quickly. Most of all they are stretchy, so not constrictive for movement. They are very comfortable and I like the feel of them. I feel that they are not cloying like some shorts I've tried for my rowing and I don't overheat in them either. Recommend.
I am using Reeds spray deck for 2 years and it is steel like new. I order new one, for my new build kayak. Excellent service and same quality and correct size like old one. Thank you!
