WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
Unused garments can be returned in new condition within seven days for an exchange or a refund (excluding postage).
You can either call or email our office to confirm your return or simply send it back stating your reason for return, your name and address and contact details and put this in the package with your item.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Unused garments can be returned in good condition within seven days for an exchange or a refund (excluding postage).

I AM AN OVERSEAS CUSTOMER AND I WOULD LIKE TO RETURN AN ITEM.
Unused garments can be returned within 28 days for an exchange or refund (excluding carriage). Please note that these overseas packages should be clearly marked "Goods for exchange" or "Goods for repair" (select appropriate) and marked as having "Zero Value" for Customs duty purposes. Please also contact us prior to using a courier service to return or exchange items. Courier items incur handling, duty clearance and VAT charges. We cannot accept/return/exchange/repair packages sent by Courier unless this form of delivery has been agreed upon by us.
