MAKING AN ORDER

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE?

You can order online in 4 easy steps.

  1. Choose your items from the SHOP. (You can search in the box above for products using the product code or descriptive words).
  2. Add to Basket. Choose your size, colour and quantity and click ADD TO BASKET. If there is a form to fill out with more details, please do that and click SUBMIT. Then go ahead and add to basket as normal. When you have finished shopping, click PROCEED TO CHECKOUT.
  3. Register. If you are new to shopping online with us, you will need to register your details. It's easy - our registration from takes you through the process step by step.
  4. Check Out. Enter delivery and payment details at checkout. You can enter the address for your home, office or anywhere you want the order to be delivered. You will be prompted to check and confirm your order details. Delivery charges will be applied.

WHAT ARE YOUR COMMITMENTS TO QUALITY AND GUARANTEES?

Reed Chillcheater® take pride in keeping all of our customers happy and satisfied with our products and our services. Goods are guaranteed for defective workmanship and materials for up to one year, however, they are not guaranteed for misuse.

If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy, please contact us and we will arrange a refund or product exchange.

WHAT IF I LOSE OR FORGET MY PASSWORD?

If you have lost or forgotten your password, go to login, enter your username, click "Forgotten your password?", enter your email address and we will email your password to you. Alternatively you can call us and we will help you over the phone.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes if it hasn't been processed and despatched.

Call us as soon as you realise you wish to change or cancel your order and we should be able to help. Unused garments can be returned in new condition within 28 days for an exchange or refund (excluding Postage).

CUSTOMER CUSTOMS AND DUTY CHARGES.

Please note that all overseas parcels may be subject to Duty Taxes at point of entry into your country. These tariffs vary from country to country. Reed Chillcheater® Ltd have no control over these possible extra charges.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DELIVER THE GARMENTS AFTER ORDERING?

For standard items in stock in the UK, 3 - 5 days but can be up to 14 days during busy times. Overseas orders can take between 7 - 28 days depending on location.
